Customers

contact details, notes, conversation history, linked bookings/documents/balances, simple enquiry stages and owner follow-up reminders.

Bookings

opening hours, service duration, breaks, blocked dates, buffers, eligible staff/resource availability, customer confirmation, owner/assigned-team alerts, reminders and nonresponse rules, rescheduling/cancellation/no-show history, recurring bookings and linked jobs/documents/deposits. Internal calendars first; external calendar connections separately scoped. Staff alerts do not grant staff login access.

Money

create and send quotes/invoices, receive and capture supplier documents, record expenses, supporting invoices and payment evidence, part-payments, outstanding balances, credit corrections and recorded refunds. Payments are recorded; the platform does not move money automatically.

Accounting

bank-file import and assisted matching, owner contributions/withdrawals/loans kept separate, checked starting balances, income statement, cash-flow report, balance sheet, customer/supplier balances and guided month-end checks.

SARS readiness

transaction spreadsheet, organised evidence, missing-information checks and business figures supporting return preparation. Relevant supported VAT/payroll source records remain available. This is a preparation pack, not a completed or submitted return.

People

staff details, documents and emergency contacts, hours and leave records, basic supported pay calculations/deductions, payslips and owner payroll approval. Necessary supported employee tax certificates are planned after applicable-year validation; payroll feeds financial/readiness records.

Jobs

linked bookings/accepted quotes, tasks, checklists, notes/photos/documents, progress tracking, job-linked materials/expenses/invoices and Nexa next-action prompts.

Products and stock

product/service catalogue and prices, stock received/sold/used/damaged, low-stock alerts and job/document links; one stock location. A quote alone does not reduce stock. Online shop is separate future scope.

Communication

sending/receiving through supported connected channels, conversation history, routine approved booking messages and Nexa-prepared replies. WhatsApp integration and included/chargeable usage remain to be confirmed.

Hub

opt-in profile, subscriber business discovery, consent-based referrals with referral origin and activity history. Owner-specified suppliers first, otherwise Hub discovery. No automatic customer-data sharing or outside-app supplier search.

Business profile/settings, dashboard, basic reports and practical everyday Nexa assistance.
